I have always been captivated by real estate. 

The captivating architecture, the transformative interiors, and the vibrant colors have always fascinated me, so it came to no surprise that I pursued a degree in Civil Engineering graduating with honours. 

For over 10 years, I dedicated my career to overseeing large-scale painting projects for condominiums in a multinational company. 

This experience honed my attention to detail and refined my eye for quality craftsmanship. It was during this time that I witnessed the impact of well-maintained properties on their market value and overall desirability.

However, a turning point came when I welcomed my second child into the world. 

It was then that I realised the importance of flexibility and time to be more present for my children's formative years.

This pivotal moment led me to redefine what financial freedom truly meant to me. 

I yearned for the ability to provide for my family's needs, support their passions, and create opportunities for them. 

That's when I delved headfirst into the real estate industry, driven by the desire to master data and analytics in order to identify properties that would yield substantial profits. 

I wanted to help not only myself but also those around me who were seeking a path to financial freedom.

my journey into property investment

At the young age of 26, I purchased my first property, firmly believing in the power of early investments. 

It was a 2-bedroom unit in Parc Vista, acquired for $450,000. 

When the time came to sell, I achieved a remarkable sale price of $660,000, generating a profit of $250,000 from this transaction alone.

As my family continued to grow, I set my sights on a 3-bedroom unit in Botannia, which I purchased for $930,000. 

With careful timing and strategic decision-making, I later sold it for an impressive $1.65 million.

Continuing my upward trajectory, I seized another opportunity for growth with the purchase of a 3-bedroom unit in Panorama. 

Acquiring it for $1.212 million, I patiently waited for the optimal moment to sell and sold it for $1.31 million, adding to my string of successes in the property market.

But my journey didn't stop there. 

I expanded my portfolio further with the addition of two more properties. Parc Clematis, purchased at $748,000, currently valued at an impressive $950,000 and Ki Residences, acquired at $1.456 million which has soared to a current value of $2.05 million.

As I continue to explore new horizons and uncover hidden gems, I am excited to share my expertise and help others achieve their own financial goals through property investment.
